You’ve got to love those summer weddings, when the beautiful last light wraps itself so gorgeously around a pair of newly weds as they hug the afternoon away. The grounds at this venue are superb and the venue has been subtly converted into a hotel. The building offers a combination of traditional Georgian architecture with modern 21st-century touch. Along with careful tree planting, the grounds make an ideal backdrop for a Wedding day. Some of the original trees are over 150 years old, don’t you know.
Having grown up around the same group of friends as the groom Darren, I really felt like more than just the wedding photographer. Kind of like a guest with a camera, which is a great way to feel on the day. Darren had five of his best friends as ushers along with his nephew and Alexandra had four beautiful bridesmaids by her side. Along with two super cute flower girls.
Alexandra and Darren’s wedding day at Mulberry House was filled with emotional moments, hugs from every direction and smiles beaming from everyone’s face. And to top it all off, my favourite close up magician Nick Crown was in top form performing his awesome tricks, keeping all the guests entertained. Nan in particular had a blast with Nick around 🙂
