FEATURED PROJECTS
So you’re planning your wedding proposal and looking into the idea of hiring a wedding proposal photographer? Well first off, congratulations! You’re about to take a big step into a new chapter of your life and we’d love to be there to document it. We were so excited when Razvan contacted us about his plans to propose to Mary Jo, while they were on vacation in London. The final wedding proposal film and photos we produced made such an impact when they were able to share it with their family and it was awesome to be part of it.
For us, it was the first time we’d been asked to create a wedding proposal film. But we were super confident that we’d be able to create something special. We’ve created countless cinematic wedding films and knew once we were with Razvan and Mary Jo, the story would just fall into place. We managed to help these guys scout out an awesome location in London and after some undercover planning, we were set to go!
We went ahead and interviewed the couple soon after the proposal which made for a really great way to bring the visuals to life. Check out the film below and if you’re considering having your wedding proposal documented, get in contact with us.
Proposing is such a nerve-racking, but exciting and emotional time for couples. But what better place to become engaged than when on vacation in London? Initially, Razvan wasn’t too sure about the best location for his proposal but after we sent over a few options and carefully planned an idea, it was pretty clear that Tower Bridge, as his backdrop, was the one. Let’s be honest, you can’t really get more London than that.
We had such a blast creating this wedding proposal film for Razvan and Mary Jo. WeddingProposal’s are full of surprises but everything worked out great for these guys! We were able to capture a great set of engagement photos along with a super romantic and personal wedding proposal film which will be a keepsake for these guys for years to come.
Everyone remembers the moment their significant other pops the question. After all, it’s a once in a lifetime event. But what about the exact details? Like your expressions, or clothes you were wearing or the time of day even. Not to mention all the emotions that are felt after the question has been asked.
All of this is precisely what Razvan wanted to capture when he proposed to Mary Jo, while they were on a Christmas vacation from the USA. There are a few things to consider when planning a proposal like location, time of day, any restrictions when it comes to logistics. And it’s really important to think about whether your partner wants something more personal with just the two of you? Or if the attention from on-lookers will be welcomed. But if you’re here and looking to hire a couples photographer and videographer to capture your wedding proposal, then I imagine your partner isn’t too camera shy, and documenting the BIG moment will be a huge success.
Are you looking for a couples photographer to capture your wedding proposal? Then we’d love to hear from you.
Annabelle opted to get ready at home with family and friends. She told me she wanted a relaxed start to the morning of her wedding. She got it. It was filled with laughter, love and a few bubbles. Makeup artist Brooke Savannah Stephens was on hand helping Annabelle and her bridal party get ready. Meanwhile, Oliver was getting ready with a few of his Groomsmen at Fawsley Hall; their chosen wedding venue. The boys had a busy morning. They were on hand helping to direct guests to the church and provide transport to those that needed it.
The wedding ceremony was held at the very intimate St Mary The Virgin Church. This small, quaint and isolated Church lies in the grounds of Fawsley Hall. It is only accessible by walking across what is essentially a field in the grounds of Fawsley Hall. Watching the guests make their way was brilliant. Furthermore, they all braved the cold and mud with smiles on their faces to celebrate in the marriage of Annabelle and Oliver.
Fawlsey Hall, itself is an amazing wedding venue to shoot at. It looked particularly dramatic on their wedding day with the heavy overcast skies. Set in it’s beautiful grounds it really is a wedding photographer’s dream. Following the ceremony, Annabelle and Oliver’s guests were treated to a drinks reception in The Tudor Hall. This was such a great space. Full of history, with wonderful light and amazing architecture. To keep their guests entertained Annabelle and Oliver had George the Wedding Artist drawing up Wedding Caricatures. This was all done with the dulcet tones of Sax player Steve Ogorman playing in the background mixed in with a lot of laughter. During the wedding breakfast, there was an especially emotional speech from Annabelle’s dad and brilliantly funny speech from Oliver’s best man.
Whilst, not originally our clients we were beyond happy to step in and help. With their original wedding photographer, a good friend of ours who was pregnant was unable to photograph their day, so we jumped at the chance when asked. Annabelle & Oliver – you, your family and friends were an absolute pleasure to document.
If you’re looking for a documentary wedding photographer for your wedding day at Fawsley Hall, then we’d love to hear from you.
Adam and Faye’s first date didn’t get off to the smoothest of starts. She had no car at the time so they’d agreed he would pick her up from her work car park and go from there. Looking out for the black golf she nervously opened the door and got in. Then a moment of shock… She realised the driver wasn’t Adam. She’d gotten into another black golf by mistake. Luckily on her wedding day at the amazing Victoria Warehouse in Manchester, she was in the right place with the right man and the wedding day all went to plan.
Being our first post-lockdown couples shoot of the year, this is certainly one that will stay with us for a while. As you already know, many lives have been affected by this terrible pandemic, and for newly married Muhammed and Manzilat, it meant being separated for 4 months! Continue Reading
Living in the UK, you have to get used to how erratic the weather can be. It’s kinda our thing. Maybe even our USP? Probably not, but one thing I must say is that when the weather is good in the UK, it really is good. When Natalie and Sam contacted me from their home in San Francisco late last year to inform me that they’d be heading over to the UK to celebrate their wedding day at Ramster Hall in Guildford, I couldn’t wait to meet them!
