Janene and Steve’s Engagement Photography at Bedfords Park in Essex
One of my favourite parts of being a wedding photographer in Essex is capturing some amazing smiles during a pre-wedding couples shoot. Sometimes I’ll get a couple that feels a tad nervous about being photographed and take a little bit of time to warm to the idea of being photographed before sharing those natural smiles. And sometimes I get those couples like Janene and Steve that are all smiles and laughter from the get-go. It’s brilliant!
We headed over to one of my favourite parks in Essex, Bedfords Park set in the stunning parkland site of 215 acres. The nature reserve has some fantastic views over London and into Kent and is always a lovely spot for afternoon walks. The tail end of the infamous “Best of the East” snowfall had just started to dry out for this shoot so we were lucky enough to be able to access most of the area, but it was a little tough on Steve’s lovely Converse. But what a sport he was for chugging through without a care so we can get some great photos of them both. Janene and Steve’s wedding at Blake Hall is only a couple of months away and I can’t wait to document their amazing day.
